No. Olivings is not an estate agent, notary, surveyor or legal advisor. Use it as an early buyer-side check before a viewing, offer or purchase. Important legal, technical and financial decisions should always be verified with the relevant professionals.

Does Olivings work outside France?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Olivings is built on French public registers (DVF, ADEME, Géorisques, BAN, Cadastre and others). We cover residential properties across mainland France and the major overseas departments. Other countries are not supported yet.

How accurate is the price estimate?

Accepted Answer

The baseline uses recorded sales near the address from the last 24 months, repriced to today using the departmental price index. It is a guide, not an appraisal. When you answer the Refine Estimate questions, the figure adjusts for condition, floor, view, energy label and other things public data cannot see.
