Olivings is a curated showcase of homes for sale across Southern Europe. We're here to help you discover beautiful properties — but we're not an estate agency, and we don't handle transactions. By using the site, you're agreeing to these terms.

What Olivings is (and isn't)

We curate and present property listings sourced from third-party websites and agencies. We don't own, sell, or manage any of the properties shown. When you click through to a listing, you'll be dealing directly with the original agent or seller — not with us.

We do our best to keep information accurate, but prices, availability, and details can change without notice. Always verify directly with the listing agent before making any decisions.

Your account

You can browse Olivings without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know and we'll help you sort it out.

Content and copyright

The text, design, and curation on Olivings are ours. Property photos and descriptions are sourced from the original listings and belong to their respective owners. Please don't copy or redistribute our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide Olivings as-is. While we try to keep everything accurate and up to date, we can't guarantee that every listing is current or that the site will always be available. We're not liable for any decisions you make based on the information shown here — please do your own due diligence before purchasing a property.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Olivings after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
